Biblical Photographic Arts Syllabus

The Biblical Photographic Arts Syllabus is the same for both the elementary and high school levels.  The expectations and assignments are different.

Lesson 1:  

Matthew 6:20-21 "lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."

Lesson 2:

Matthew 7:7 "Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you."

Lesson 3:

Psalm 119:105 "Thy word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."

Lesson 4:

Romans 8:28 "We know that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose."

Lesson 5:

James 1:2-4 "Count it all joy, my brethren, when you meet various trials, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

Lesson 6:

1. Col 3:12: Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

Lesson 7:

1. Phil 4:8: Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

Lesson 8:  

1. John 14:6: Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Lesson 9:

1. Matt 28:19: Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

1. Col 3:23: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men,

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Bonus Lesson:
