Hi,
After a FABULOUS Christmas weekend with my family, I returned to the best number on the scale that I've seen in 30 YEARS! I DID IT! I met my goal to lose 100 POUNDS with a 6 ounce bonus! I am totally psyched! It can be done! Huge VIRTUAL HUG to my dear dear husband for all of his support this year, my kids and Christian my health coach! When you are ready to begin this journey for yourself.. just email! I will be happy to guide you along your way:)! HAPPY HAPPY MONDAY!!! HUGE ENORMOUS SMILES! Mrs. G.

Seriously.. If I knew how important that first number would be to me right now! As of today, I am .2 away from my 100 pound goal! This is from the first number that I was even willing to step on a scale back in March THIS YEAR! Had I stepped on it a day earlier or a couple months earlier.. I would be well past my 100 pound goal! I think my highest weight ever was a good 125 pounds more than what I weigh today.. Hence the important note for today: If you are beginning a weight loss journey... don't be afraid to write down, photo or document yourself at your highest weight! When you go back after losing a bunch.. you will really appreciate having it documented. Hence.. today.. being .2 pounds away from my highest documented weight.. part of me says "What if I had weighed in the day ... or moments before?".. but still 99.8 documented pounds as of today! I am totally PSYCHED! I won't have my scale for this weekend, but I suspect that very early next week.. my "Beat me to 100 Pounds OFF sale will be over!" I encourage you to register for your next semester classes QUICKLY! - MANY SMILES! Mrs. G.!
In my quest for optimal health, I am learning how to cook! I found a great site that takes recipes and converts them to their nutritional values! It is a lot of fun and very informative!

Here is an idea for you.. we tried it last year. If you glue some crayons on in a variety of ways to a canvass... then aim a warm hair dryer on them to have them melt a little bit, the results can be very unique and fun! Another option is to warm the crayon tops over a candle and to drop the wax into a picture of your choice. Hi, I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I was tempted, but I made it through sticking to my plan.. trying to get off those last 4 pounds! I'm a little nervous about being off of the scale for five days.. here's to a great number for tomorrow morning:).
